Patriotic Ruffles
We all know that if ruffles were a sin I would be guilty guilty guilty!!! LOL. To me there is nothing sweeter than a little girl in ruffles!!! I`ve created a fun and trendy little patriotic set that will be PERFECT for any July 4th celebration. I`ll be creating this little cutie in a range of sizes 2T through 4T. Those hair ribbons remind me of ones my grandmother made for us when we were young. I'm sure they are similar.
